Marva Wills brings decades of executive leadership, infrastructure experience, and community service to her campaign for Waller County Commissioner, Precinct 2. She is a three-term President of the Waller County Democratic Club, an entrepreneur and general contractor, and a former educator with over 30 years of service in a major school district. As an Ordained Elder, she has led congregations, managed budgets, and built outreach programs that strengthened both rural and urban communities. Above all, Marva is a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother committed to serving Precinct 2 with integrity, accountability, and servant leadership.
